“The local hosts in Kenya were super, super lovely, and I could feel that our group was connected with them. They told us a lot of unheard-of knowledge while showing us animal migration. On the night of camping, I was watching the Milky Way and talking about the real stories about the animals and Africa, how tourism has brought a lot of jobs and improvements in their lives, but how the economic development and threats to the animals' living space, even though many people put a lot of resources into saving endangered animals and environmental protection. I suddenly felt that the world is too big for us to imagine. Mountains, rivers, animals, people and the universe are all closely related and causally connected. Emotionally and materially, we all share the same fate. I reflected more on my daily life, and in such a moment, I felt like I was integrated into this vast earth.”
