When you sign up for coaching we evaluate your goals, acknowledge your obstacles, screen and assess your needs, and create a holistic plan that often includes a combination of strength training, cardio, active recovery, nutritional guidance, and mindset coaching. Breathing practice, corrective exercise, Yoga and Pilates techniques will be applied where applicable and / or as requested!

Choose this personal training option if:

You need accountability with weekly appointments.

You prefer in-depth education, personal attention, hands-on instruction, or exercise cueing and corrections.

You value regular face-to-face connections in a supportive setting.

Personal training, partner training, small group training, one on one Yoga, and/or one on one Pilates sessions.
Session Pricing & Scheduling:

Duration: 55 minutes per session

Private Sessions: $150 per session

Partner Sessions: $112.50 per session, per person

Small Group Training: $90 per session, per person
(In-person training: Playa Santa Teresa, Costa Rica)

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions.

Clients with a significant acute injury must start off in privates before joining a group

PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES
Looking for a private instructor for your group while on vacation? Schedule customized group sessions in yoga, Pilates, land-based surf training, or other fitness classes. Choose your preferred focus and themes, and enjoy sessions on the beach or in your villa’s yoga shala.
Class Pricing & Scheduling:
